Is Visual Sentinel a Shopify app?
No. It is a general website and server monitor — its own site describes uptime, SSL, DNS, performance, visual and content monitoring, and does not mention Shopify. That is not a criticism; it is a different product shape, and if you run more than Shopify it may be the better fit.
Does Bilby do visual diffing?
Bilby's Change check reports what changed on the store since the previous night, but it reports changes in the things that affect a purchase rather than pixel-level image diffs of every page. If pixel diffs across many sites are what you need, Visual Sentinel does that and Bilby does not.
