Optimise the whole
catalogue.

Single products are fine for testing. Bulk generation is how you actually fix a store. Here is how jobs work, what you control while they run, and how Autopilot keeps things optimised afterwards.

// Two modes

Fill the gaps,
or improve what exists.

Generate targets products with no AI content yet — the empty pages dragging your catalogue down.

Enhance takes descriptions you already have and improves their structure, keyword coverage and AI-search readiness without throwing away your facts or your voice.

// Requirements

Before you start a job

Bulk generation needs a saved brand voice — jobs fail immediately without one, deliberately.

Bulk jobs are available on the Growth plan and above. Each product in a job consumes one generation credit.

// Running a job

How it works.

1

Choose your scope

From Optimise Store, run across the whole catalogue. From Products, select specific products with the checkboxes and generate for just those.

2

Pick content types

Description, meta title and description, FAQ content. Fewer types is not cheaper — one product is one credit whatever you select, so there is no reason to be sparing.

3

Decide on auto-publish

Leave it off and everything lands in Review & Publish for approval. Turn it on and content goes straight to your live store. The app asks you to confirm, because it writes to your storefront without a review step.

4

Let it run

Jobs run in the background. A progress bar appears at the top of every page in the app, and the Jobs page shows products completed, elapsed time and an estimated finish. You can close the tab.

5

Review and publish

Unless you auto-published, drafts wait in Review & Publish. Approve or skip per product, edit inline, then publish the batch.

// Jobs

Control while it runs.

// Cancel

Stop a running job

Cancel any queued or processing job from the Jobs page. Generation stops and no further credits are consumed.

// Retry

Retry just the failures

If some products failed, retry re-queues only those — it does not re-run and re-charge for the ones that succeeded.

// Resume

Pick up where it stopped

A job interrupted partway can resume from the product it reached, rather than starting over.

// Autopilot

Keep it optimised
without thinking about it.

Autopilot generates content automatically whenever a new product is created in your store. Enable it in Settings, choose which content types it produces, and decide whether it creates drafts for review or publishes immediately.

If you add products regularly, this is the setting that stops your catalogue drifting back out of shape. Available on Growth and above.

Why did my bulk job fail immediately?
Almost always a missing brand voice. Jobs are blocked without one by design, because generating a whole catalogue in a default voice produces exactly the generic output the app exists to prevent. Set it in Settings and re-run.
How many jobs can run at once?
Two per store. A third is rejected with a message rather than queued indefinitely — it keeps job progress honest and predictable.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-job?
The job stops when your monthly allowance is exhausted. Products already completed keep their content. Upgrade or wait for the reset, then resume the job from where it stopped.
Does bulk generation overwrite my existing descriptions?
Only if you publish it. In Generate mode with auto-publish off, drafts sit in Review & Publish and your live content is untouched until you approve. With auto-publish on, it does write over the existing description — which is why the app makes you confirm.
