Make it sound
like your store.
Brand voice drives every generation in the app. These are the fields, what each one does, and how to get output that does not read like every other AI-written product page.
// Why it matters
This is the difference
between useful and generic.
Generic AI copy is the thing this app exists to avoid. Brand voice is what prevents it. Every description, meta tag, FAQ and blog post is generated from these settings.
Bulk generation is deliberately blocked until you have configured it — running a whole catalogue through a default voice is worse than doing nothing.
Settings → Brand voice
Edit any time. Changes apply to the next generation, not retroactively — existing drafts keep the voice they were generated with.
You can also re-run the setup wizard from Settings if you would rather be walked through it.
// Fields
What each setting does.
Store name
Used in meta titles and throughout the copy. Write it exactly as you want it to appear to shoppers.
Brand tone
Nine presets — professional, friendly, premium, bold, scientific, warm, minimalist, playful, or custom. Pick the one closest to how you already write, then refine with the fields below.
Target audience
Who is buying. Be specific: “time-poor parents buying safety gear” produces far better copy than “consumers”. This single field changes output more than tone does.
Target keywords
Global keywords to work in where natural. You can override these per product when a specific item targets something different.
Key differentiators
What genuinely separates you — free returns, Australian-made, 20-year warranty, whatever it actually is. This is what stops descriptions sounding interchangeable with your competitors’.
Phrases to avoid
Words you never want to see. Useful for banning clichés (“game-changing”, “revolutionary”) and for compliance — claims you are not allowed to make in your category.
Sample content
Paste up to 5,000 characters of your own writing. The model learns your rhythm and vocabulary from it. If you only do one optional field, do this one.
Content language
Twelve languages supported for generated output. The app interface itself is English only.
// Getting more out of it
Practical tips.
Output still feels generic. What do I change first?
Can different collections have different voices?
What if one product needs different keywords?
Can I save a configuration and reuse it?
Do I have to redo this if I change my mind?
Need a hand?
