Shopify outage history
Every incident we have measured, from Sydney, Virginia and Frankfurt, every five minutes. Is Shopify down right now?
The numbers
working 99.5% of the time since 19 Oct 2026 (9 days) (1 incident)
working 99.5% of the time since 19 Oct 2026 (9 days) (1 incident)
A quarter hour we could not check is left out of both halves of these fractions rather than counted as uptime. That makes the number smaller and defensible.
